"Staff and culture of the hotel were great! A lot of attention. Clean, great bed, pillows, and cover. Great location. The reasons this is not 5* are: wall insulation was not great. We could hear many noises from the adiacent rooms. Second, the toilet room is flooded with light any time you open the door. Imagine 3am going to the bathroom and from the darkness of the room being assaulted with bright lights from a halogen on the ceiling and from one of the walls. Can’t they just put a low...

"Magnificent setting on beautiful Ill River. Beautiful suite with everything one could ask for. Each and every member of the staff was professional, warm and helpful. The dining, especially the incredible Auberge de l'Ill restaurant and the beautiful breakfasts overlooking the Ill were spectacular. We will remember this experience forever!"
