"This hotel was great, transportation was so bad that we ended up staying at hotel the whole time and staff was great, there are so many amenities. Food was good too. Room service was lovely, and the hotel had free shuttle which was a life saver. "

The food was delicious and well priced, the tents were warm, immaculate, and cosy, they all had heated rugs and heaters, we very very comfortable in the middle of winter. (Apple pie was <1000¥) my wife and I had an amazing experience and I strongly recommend them!"
