"Hotel was great, clean relaxing, nice setting in tree covered property and array of great food available. Good internet across the site and good water pressure in the spatious shower rooms. Regular busses to and from town. One draw back was the noise from the beach bar at night which had no sound barrier protecting the accomodation situated behind it, including our suite. This detracted from what was otherwise a relaxing holiday."

The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure."

"There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. "lovely hotel, stayed there five years ago, still good. Right at the end of the resort but bus stop by hotel into marmaris for 25 turkish lira per person and seem to run every five minutes. Don't get a taxi from Dalaman airport it cost us £60.you can pre book in the uk for around £38. "
