"Room leaning services for the seventh floor were great and very responsive. Food options were spectacular and hospitality and attentiveness of front desk was superior. The only problem was the disruption of transportation to/from the hotel due to construction. Uncomfortable, inconvenient, and dirty, Can traffic be routed to another point other than the from of the hotel? Regrettably this construction will limit my ability to use the hotel for the next two years."

"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
