"On arrival, we decided to get lunch whilst waiting for our room to be ready. The manager of the restaurant was coughing and sputtering all over the food and drinks. Did not cover her mouth or try to be discreet. Her staff under her were reserved and not smiling. "Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. "
