"My daughter and I stayed here in late April. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect. We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing. We are leaving feeling refreshed and ready to continue our travels. "

Friendly staff; lush, semi-tropical, five-star grounds; pool, spa, all appointed beautifully. Tucked away from traffic but very centrally located, the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet! As five-start implies, it is expensive but provides everything you could want for a meeting or getaway."

Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. "If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. There is a good choice including cook to order egg dishes at breakfast and the included afternoon cake...
