"Entry to the Hilton hotel was met with the customary sit down (welcome drinks, towels, a run through of the map and facilities of the hotel) which was nice Reception staff was friendly as expected which is a requirement for front office staff. This was offset by a couple of pretty angry and rude buggy drivers. Nevertheless, doesn’t change our impression of the hotel too much.
