"We stayed here because it's close to Chimelong, which we spent 2 days at. It was clean, facilities nice, rooms were orderly, the restaurants and food were great. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Simply moving my arm would cause shockwaves that my wife would feel from the other side of the bed. But because sleep is very important in a hotel, I can only give 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5."

"1) No 24-hour in room dining service, restaurant closed at 10pm. 2) Room too cold but Air conditioner control panel did not work and cannot turn off, 3) the room booking showed breakfast included in the room rate but denied by hotel"
