"Nice luxury hotel. Enjoyable pool and living room. Room had this lovely old school luxury charm. Only one usable plug in the room though (all the others were this dated format that was unusable)."

"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "
