"What a decadent experience in low-key, authentic Japanese style. Not a detail was spared in the gorgeous historic building and lush forest grounds. The several course meals were outstanding, served in our private dining room and the staff was beyond helpful and gracious. The multiple onsens on property were beautiful and healing, you can even reserve one for an hour of private use. "The staff at CousCous were incredible! They were so kind and diligent. We felt at home from the start. The food was delicious and well priced, the tents were warm, immaculate, and cosy, they all had heated rugs and heaters, we very very comfortable in the middle of winter. Ordering food directly to your tent was so convenient and the food was absolutely amazing, and really good value! (Apple pie was <1000¥) my wife and I had an amazing experience and I strongly recommend them!"
