"The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area.
Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available.
We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. We are vegetarian and I was pleased to see a full five-course vegetarian dinner each day. The courses are smaller than one often finds in similar places (as they state...

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
