Pool area atmosphere outstanding ( make sure it is open as it closes for four weeks in spring and fall for seasonal transition to an enclosed pool during winter months. "The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."
