"Fantastic hotel in every respect. I have just returned from a three-night stay. My son was staying in a cottage just down the road and this was a perfect location for all of us. The hotel is lovely and the friendly service was second to none. Every single member of staff (reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, and the cleaners) was so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious- both the breakfasts and evening meals. Would definitely stay again. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

The owner was really kind and helpful with knowledge on activities and restaurants in the area, the room was fabulous! The cooked breakfast, as a vegetarian was the best I’ve had in a restaurant A brilliant stay I only wish I was staying for longer. I’ll definitely be back "

"My partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Victoria House. We were warmly greeted by Jan and she made us feel very welcome throughout. We also loved meeting her dogs, Oscar and Honey! The room was very comfortable and the house is in a great location. We used the regular local buses to visit nearby towns and to visit Snowdon. We had a great time in Caernarfon and if we visit again, we will certainly stay at Victoria House."

"Absolutely adorable, quaint country estate home with lots of opulence and charm and loaded with amenities. Hosts were absolutely delightful, lots of restaurants near by for dinner options.
