"Our second visit in 11 months. It was another incredible, excellent and wonderfully relaxing stay. The staff are the friendliest (shout out to YaYa and team at the Beach Grill, M and Waan at the pool bar - thanks for the 'M Special' drink and Kath at reception whose english is excellent). "We had a wonderful stay here! The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It’s outside of Khao Lak centre which was perfect for us - easy to reach lots of amazing sights and local restaurants by taxi. The family rooms are huge and beautifully appointed with separate spaces for kids’ bunk beds and big balconies. The service was wonderful - especially in the main restaurant, at Rosalyn Spa and the lovely kids club. The pools are the highlight though. They wind their way through the hotel, inc. kids...

"NOT AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL! it's a very family oriented hotel with one small adult only bit at the back. You still have to deal with screaming children and absent-minded parents at the breakfast buffet everyday. Don’t say it’s adults only. It's really big so you have to get around on a golf cart. "Myself and my partner with our kids (2 & 11) enjoyed our short stay at Outrigger. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, it’s very well looked after and we appreciated that. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. There are places to eat on the beach if you want reasonably priced Thai food and the massage on the beach is very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return "
