"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Our upgraded room was spacious, had a nice view, and a big bathroom. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Louvre, 45 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. However there’s a metro station just a 4 minute walk away that was very convenient. "

"Property is beautiful and room is very comfortable and nice deco, well lite. The light wiring gets to a weird state which you need to reset here and there. Not liking the dark entrance in the hallway to the room which seemed like going in a cave. Location is quite convenient to shops, eateries and transportations. Checkin/out is very slow for some reason ? It took about 30 minutes for us. However, staff if very nice. There is no steam room or sauna room in the hotel itself. "

"It's a very nice hotel. The only problem was with the service. Several times towels were missing after the room was made up, water wasn't replaced, and coffee wasn't replaced. We had to call the front desk several times for these items. Breakfast service was not very attentive. We had to go look for the waiter repeatedly to get coffee and refills of coffee. One server was unpleasant and unfriendly and acted like we were bothering him. The coffee machine wasn't functioning properly. The front...

"This property was incredible, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud which for us it’s hard finding beds that compare to home but this one was amazing! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Also with the concern of the bed bugs I inspected my room from floor to ceiling and there was nothing at all, this was so assuring! Finally it is walking distance to the louvre (about 15 min walk) and to place vendome which has incredible shopping. There are also some amazing restaurants close by that...
