"Beautiful property - from the moment we arrived and were given lemon water and a moment to stand and take in the view- to the second we left. A tranquil hotel that had an air of calm, nodded to its enchanting history but had every possible luxury needed. Staff kindly gave us a birthday cake for my partner’s birthday, little treats on the pillow each day, and there was impeccable service - from the restaurant and reception to the pool and shuttles to town. "A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "
