"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Hotel Raito was a very welcoming experience. They have great customer service and we were shown immediately to our room as well as the spa at our request. They provided us with complimentary sandals for our stay. The room was quiet, with a lovely, large balcony overlooking the sea. "Really good place between Positano and Praiano!!! Nice area to hang out with a nice swimming pool and our room was perfect with jacuzzi in our bathroom and a balcony with a perfect view of Positano and Praiano. Staff did any thing to keep you well served and supper attentive to all our needs "

"The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!"

The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame."
