As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Leeman in Sanya. The hotell was pretty full so we were swiftly upgraded to a suite which was very appreciated. The service was great and the entire resort was delightful, everything from the main building all the way to the beach, we were greeted by friendly staff and lush landscaping. The pool areas consisted of several pools with a different atmosphere, you will definitely find one you like.

Atlantis is way beyond my expectation. The rooms are super clean, grand all with exceptional ocean view. The best thing about the hotel is the service. 1. I had booked the trip on hotels.com and was promised a room with an ocean view. This was clearly stated on the confirmation. 2. However, when we got there, we were given an older room on the far end with only a view of a mosquito infested pond. 3. I was allowed a room change to the agreed type of room on threatening to move out. 4. After the room change, everything else was great, the service, the food and the facilities. 5.
