Amazing stay in the Alps. Beautiful old hotel that is well maintained. The thermal baths are superb. Excellent romantic vacation.

San Gallo is superb. We had a hot tub and sauna in our room!! The room is lovely and has a stunning view. Dinner was excellent. Highly recommended.

The host were amazing and very quick to respond. It was a contact less check in but The place was easy to find and directions were perfect. One block from train station. WhatsApp worked great.
The beds and bedding were not the best shape and the shower was slick. We stayed one night and it served our needs to catch the Berninia express. I would give a 10+ for the customer service and location and a 7 for the room itself.
