Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "

"We had a short stay in the two bedroom apartment just before New Year. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Spotless, full featured and fully equipped. Management company provided excellent service and went out of their way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon. Added bonus was the housekeeping. We weren't expecting our beds to be made and the towels folded, etc so imagine our surprise when we returned back after a long day walking around to find the washing up done and the beds made - thank...
