"The rooms are lovely and spacious, and we especially appreciated the in room washing machine and dryer. Staff were lovely, especially the amazing breakfast chef Seema who prepared a special meal each day for my young daughter who has a serve food allergy. Raijeli and Chef Joe were also very helpful. The grounds were lovely, although there is a bit of maintenance/construction going on at the moment. The pools are fantastic and we spent most of our time enjoying these - they are especially great for young kids. The pool area can be noisy though with music/kids so it you want a quiet room ask for one not facing the pools."

"The trip was great, overall everything was excellent, but the cleaning part of the room was a bit carelessness, no trash bag was put in the trash bin, clean towles were not replaced, requested but still not given."
