"We spent A magical family weekend in this gorgeous villa. It starts with the facily itself witch is just beautiful, a perfect design combination of traditional and contemporary with talanted wood work and great large rooms. Sadly our timing was during a natural disaster of severe storm Daniel and the area becoming highly destroyed. I attempted to contact Expedia to discuss the issue for a rebooking somewhere else via something other than their virtual chat, as that was not working. There was no other means of communicating with Expedia that was offered in order to address this issue. It would be my expectation that Expedia would be aware of various natural disasters taking place around the properties they are promoting. Expedia not once reach out to us to let us know that this would have been an issue."
