The staff are very friendly and nice which is common in London in 5 star hotels but I thing they go the extra mile to make a difference. The hotel in not in your typical location in London for tourists but this could be a plus if you are looking to stay away from the crowds. Just be careful to check the exact location before you make a decision. To us it was what we were looking for...
