We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
