"Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety of foods and all of them tasted really good. Various shops & restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel by foot. The room & toilet were clean and well maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. However bath towels although clean, looked a bit worn out."

"This was my first trip to the Philippines in Makati City and Y2 Residence went above and beyond my expectations during my stay. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, and I loved chatting with all of them everyday. The restaurant in the lobby is great for convenience for the breakfast meal. All the Housekeeping staff was friendly and able to assist other needs on short notice. I don’t remember all the names of the staff but the ladies at the front desk, Mia, Angel, Chrish, Bea, and all the rest of the staff I will never forget for the help they gave me. I am already preparing for my next trip and I will be staying here because of the staff"
