"Good stay. Rooms and bathroom are kind of small but functional. Only issue we had was the blackout window screen wouldn’t open after the 1st day."

"I didn’t get the room i booked when i arrived at the hotel. I wasn’t even told that my room was being switched. The front desk receptionist did not communicate this to me before assigning my room and giving me a key. I was told only once i came back downstairs to ask why i wasn’t given the room i paid for. The hotel room also had an odor."

"Everything was great except the big African American man at the bar with the cocked eye. Very rude and unprofessional. We went to the bar he didn’t acknowledge us or speak, even when we asked for a menu, he just slid it across the bar top and didn’t say a word. We decided to leave due to his poor service or lack there of!!! Note: we too are African American men and expected much better service given the state our country is in currently with racism!!"

"The Hyatt was a very nice and clean hotel. The food in the restaurant is very good but a little pricey. The staff is friendly. I will recommend this place to my family and friends."
