"Rooms are good size clean , the staff at the Smiths are so welcoming, friendly as well as hard working, making sure our stay was 1st class.parking we had no trouble finding a space , as for the air conditioning it was explain it was not working, and we was provided with a fan ,we all had a wonderful stay at the smiths we will come again"

"The breakfast was delicious hommade food, woth lots of choice, added fruits and yogurt. Very tasty. The hosts made you feel like home, very well woth communication and making sure you're happy. The room I stayed was Gretna amd they are stylishly simple and comfortable. There's fresh water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and even a delicious hommade cookie. Shower was super clean, with Shower gel, shampoo and vanity kit available. "

"Last min booking for a night away to have a meal and a few drinks room was clean comfy and spacious with everything you needed staff were really accommodating and very friendly food was lovely and a great breakfast will definitely stay again"

"Hotel tired but was aware of that stayed 1night as a pitstop before carrying on on our journey into Scotland, the beds very clean and comfortable although very basic it did the job staff welcoming and break fast was fine buffet style but plenty to go around, I would stay again as a 1nighter,could not moan for £40 a room plus breakfast "
