The garden is lovely and private and the neighborhood very quiet and pleasant. We were there the 3rd week of June and never felt too warm inside the house. We eventually found the office inside the building, by waiting for someone to come out as you needed a to type in a number to open the door. Other than that it was comfortable practical, and staff were helpful. It was a half hour walk to the Orange Velerdrome, or the beach, which suited us."
