Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . "The hotel staff were the best part of this old hotel. Rather old fashioned, other references talk about a pool? Despite the heat I saw nothing of this. Bathroom was clean but very very dated, everything worked although bathroom door did not shut properly. Breakfast was very basic but 24 hour help yourself affair, useful when coming in for a quick top up of coffee / water / juice. It was very noisy, mainly other guests, you could hear every little noise. I chose the hotel as it was roughly midway between Florence and Pisa. This was convenient but it’s 35 minutes walk from the station, there is apparently a bus although I walked each day."

"We celebrated our wedding with a small group of close family and friends, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The villa was the perfect setting, beautifully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably while still allowing each group their own sense of privacy.The scenery was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that made the entire stay feel magical. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived.Our rehearsal dinner was a highlight, we enjoyed amazing pizza along with beer and wine, all prepared by a talented chef. There was a wide variety of toppings, and every guest found something they loved.Marie was instrumental in bringing everything together. She helped coordinate every detail, from flowers and catering to hair services and connecting us with a fantastic photographer. Her organization and support made the entire process seamless.This villa and everyone involved truly made our dream wedding come to life. Thank you for creating such a memorable and special experience for us."

"Isabella is incredible, such a nice person. She helped us at the house, she gave fantastic recommendations and helped us get the full Tuscany experience! Everything was perfect and if you are looking for a beautiful villa in the hills, with a great view and a perfect host who responds to your messages quickly.. then look no further!"

"Over and above all this property was amazing! The host(s) and their family went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed. Although some if the photos for the listing were older (ie new exterior doors and windows) it was very much as described. The pool (which wasn’t due to open until the last days of our trip) was being replaced. I’m certain it will be amazing!The cleanliness of the house was very good, although we did notice a few cobwebs in a corner or two, and they could have done with some newer cooking utensils. The stove, which we had read in a previous review was malfunctioning, did not cause us any trouble. I would definitely recommend staying here again and I hope i get the opportunity to do so someday."

"This was a beautiful and peaceful 6 night respite in the middle of our 18 day trip to Italy. An old world feel with plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The location provided easy access for day trips to Cinque Terre and Pisa and, of course, beautiful Lucca. We thoroughly enjoyed our mountain village tour with Giovanni. Monica's meals were some of the very best food that we had on our trip. So happy with our stay. (bring euros to pay for extras - meals/Giovanni tour. Also bring bath products and ground coffee. Internet is weak, they were attempting to fix it while we were there)"
