Room was clean, but wreaked of cigarette smell despite it being a non-smoking room. Absolutely the kindest and most helpful staff available at all times. Central location to tour every part of Paris.

Broken everything. Asked 3 days to fix the light. Nothing happened. Toilet doesn’t flash, broken ceiling, half hanging light, broken base board corner. Shower door too small. Washroom is wet every time after shower even be very careful.
