"What a gem for Camiño, right on the trail and amazing view of the river. The restaurant is excellent and the view and staff can’t be beat, also very highly rated. Good breakfast. The Spa and massage was awesome. We spent 3 hrs at the thermal pool and indoor warm pool, steam room. Rest our tired body from Camiño… highly recommended "

"We loved this stay, clean modern room. Amazing shower with fog free mirror. Fantastic location across from the main beach. Great restaurant in the side street next door. Hard to find a downside but there was no in-room coffee or fridge. "

"Lovely hotel and less than a 5 minute walk from the Beach, some local Restaurants and a small carrefour nearby. The staff were really helpful and friendly and we would definitley stay here again if we find ourselves in Nigran. "

"The hotel was fabulous and staff excellent. However. Food in the bar was pretty bad, not a pizza but ham and cheese on ciabatta and an uncooked, raw and cold burger, not acceptable for this type of establishment. The noise from upstairs, which is probably throughout the hotel was getting unbearable, even ear plugs didn’t stop the sounds of banging and very loud plumbing. Amazing location, historic building and common parts immaculate."

"We slept in Viaga do Castelo during our Camino the Santiago. Hotel is nice, rooms are extremely spacious and the bathroom is too. The rooms and the bathroom are well equipped. The rooms were clean and cosy and it had great value for money. I recommend the hotel for a nice stay in Viana do Castelo!"

"A fabulous stop on the Camino for our family. Made use of the swimming pool (but remember to bring swim caps as they are 5 euros to purchase on site). Spacious rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds. Fabulous breakfast buffet. "
