"The AC at the room does not work and we could not sleep. The bathroom fixture locations are one on top of the other and using it is uncomfortable. "

"Good breakfast, and very good lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the area. The menu of each day (1st course, 2nd course, dessert, drink and coffee/tea = Euros 16). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they provided soap bars or had dispensers for shower gel instead of the little packages of shower gel they distribute. Need to change this product. Also, it would be nice if they had a small and clean iron for those of us who need to attend a work meeting. Easy stuff to solve. Everything else......no complains on my part. "

"Stayed here during a stop along the Camino. An excellent choice as they treated us well! From check in to check out, we were given excellent service, with clean rooms and great facilities including the restaurant. A lovely location too in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would go again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the staff in the cafe when we had our morning coffee and croissant. Rooms we spacious and clean. Easy to walk to grocery store and dinner. "
