Breakfast is average for the EUR 32. If you wanted an omelet or fried eggs, it was extra EUR 8. You leave with the impression that the hotel was trying to monetize small details such as when they knocked on our door to sale us coffee or water. Hotel lobby needs improvement. The hotel claims to have a rate discount with partner gym, but for EUR 35 a day, it does not look like a good deal. Overall a bit pricey due to the highlited weaknesses."

"They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did not get out. If you want a spice or condiment with your breakfast, you will need to go out and get it. They do not have or provide even something basic as Pepper. The rooms were worn and not kept up.
