"I wanted to love this hotel. We picked it for the pool as we have kiddos. And they liked it just fine. It’s not the hotel’s fault that we went on a busy sports weekend. So the pool was very very busy. They told us that they bring pool towels around. They didn’t so walking back with a soaking swimsuit wasn’t cool but not the end of the world. The website also said that they offer rollaway beds for an extra fee which cool, we needed one because rooms were scarce during that weekend which we expected. They DID NOT have rollaway beds at all. The hotel didn’t offer them. Not just they didn’t have any available; they do not offer them ever. So I asked for extra bedding because one of the kids said he’d sleep on the floor. They said “we don’t have extra bedding. They are available for the suites. But you can have this..” and gave me two flat sheets. This was not a cheap hotel. The bathroom in our room had sticky floors when we got there. Gross but with room scarcity, we had to make do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone honestly."

"Facilities we're clean. Coffee pot was broke in room and had been, tray contents we're water stained. Shower curtain to small, leaked water everywhere. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful"

"Staff was gone for lunch when we showed up and did not come back at the time they said they would. Bathroom was disgusting. The tub was really brown. Air conditioning needs updated. It shocked me when i turned it on. Need black out curtains. Street light shined right in our room all night. "

"Staff was very friendly. We got stuck 1 extra night at the hotel because of a snow storm, and they were able to accommodate us and our dog with no problems. Hotel is a little far from restaurants but they do have a small store with frozen foods you can microwave ( when stuck in hotel because of weather ) and snack foods and toiletries. Rooms are good size, with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Definitely would stay there again."

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Wall not very sound proof. Someone’s baby was crying all night on one side and someone’s alarm going off for 4 minutes at 6am on the other, I finally got up and banged on their door and they woke up and shut it off. So much for getting to sleep in on a Sunday morning. Hotel was fine for the price and I’d stay there again,just with ear plugs next time. "
