"My wife got attacked by a dog in the 3rd hallway where for some reason the cameras don’t work on the floor. Didn’t help the front desk “manager” didn’t do anything to make it right. My family choose to leave the property because we didn’t feel welcomed or safe"

"We stopped just for a night with our infant son and it was perfect. We loved the layout of the king suite as it allowed us to be in the back room near the bathroom and he could sleep in the living room and be undisturbed. A/C worked great, the room was very clean, the tvs were pretty big, and the fridge worked great. Breakfast was simple but good and well attended. The staff member at breakfast was very kind. We come through this area often and are excited to use the water park when our kid gets older. We did have some noisy neighbors above us, but after calling the front desk around 11pm, it settled down. This seriously was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back."
