Nice Hotel in the middle of Aachen. 15 min on foot from main station and just around the corner of Elisenbrunnen and Dom. Great place to stay.

Lovely staff, pleasant well stocked bar, comfortable rooms. Car park was full when we arrived but there’s another public car park 5min walk away. Would stay again.

Perfect hotel! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself has a great vibe and an excellent lobby. Hotel rooms are clean overall excellent, like a home away from home.

Pleasant city centre hotel

Very pleasant one night stay in the centre of Aachen. Hotel in a good central position Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful reception staff. Room small but had everything we required. Particularly pleased to get secure parking place under the hotel.

The hotel lobby is trendy and welcoming. The room, whole a little small was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Had a good view of the theatre. Very good value, short walk from train station and right next to the historical center and lots of dining. Would stay again and definably recommend.

A delightful hotel in center of Aachen

A very happy place to stay, despite the tiny basic bedrooms. Staff are all outstanding and friendly. Delightful lobby lounge and bar area.

We had a brilliant stay of 2 nights at the hotel. The location was central, had lots of good food options nearby and the hotel bar downstairs was great too! Highly recommend.

Spent three nights in Aachen. It was good, but not our best MotelOne Experience. The staff at the check in was very friendly, unfortunately not the staff at breakfast service. Maybe someone needs to tell them: “a smile looks good on you”… The breakfast area is way too small, the chairs in the bar area not really suitable for sitting. One day we waited for the start and we were completely ignored by the woman. On the morning of departure the woman spilled egg shells all over table and carpet and completely ignored the mess. When we left it was still there. Besides that we would recommend MotelOne, the room was tidy and nice.

The hotel itself is quite average, but the location is fantastic. It’s situated in a vibrant area with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. While the hotel amenities are basic, the convenience and quality of the surrounding eateries make up for it. Overall, a decent place to stay if you prioritize location and dining options. However, keep in mind that essential items like a dental kit and room slippers are not provided.

Great location. Less than ten minutes from center of town, cathedral, and other sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient dining options along the street or around the corner. But electronic lighting system has seen better days. It can be cranky, difficult to operate, and unpredictable results.

The property's location is perfect in a very safe part of bustling downtown with shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. The downside is the parking garage: It is public and often full. Reservations cannot be made. If you want to park your car and not use it during your stay, there are plenty of garages nearby and the location is perfect. If you want to come and go parking becomes extremely expensive. Still, due to the location I would go again. Breakfast is great! Staff was friendly but could have been more knowledgeable. I sent two emails before arrival and none was answered.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Aachen, plenty to do nearby and super close to many good restaurants, bakeries, shopping etc. The hotel and room itself are beautiful and wonderfully updated. Everything in the room was modern, comfortable would absolutely stay again. The only downside was the receptionist that checked me in while courteous, wasn't the best. For example during the time that I was being checked in she was talking to her colleague while handing me forms without instruction. Additionally, I was just handed the keys no instruction about room number, not about hotel facilities etc. It was less than stellar hospitality. However, if ever in Aachen again I would stay again in hopes of better hospitality from reception.
