"Best hotel in Batroun its near tourist attractions "

"Pool was closed for refurbishment with no prior announcement. Incredibly slow service at breakfast (as in the chef had not even arrived for work by 9.45am when I came for breakfast). AC was never turned on in communal areas, nor in the room prior to arrival. Lobby and corridors were hot and humid. Room fridge basically useless. Construction work (extension of the hotel) was taking place directly in front of the entrance and in front of the ONLY 3 rooms they were able to offer, notwithstanding the size of the hotel and the incredibly low occupancy. Work started early in the morning. With the exception of one hotel porter, no one could care less. Don't believe other reviews; not worth the money"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Searock Suites. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. We went as a family of 5. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Will be returning next year for sure. "

"We stayed at this property for 10 days and was offered the room in the village and was in walking distance to the beach and salt water pool. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. After informing the property manager (Rola) about this, she was happy to move us to the room next door. This also had feature walls and ceilings but there was not one over the bed however the dust was still falling from the ceiling but not as bad as the other room. We received breakfast in our room every morning at whatever time we nominated which consisted of boiled eggs, labneh, cucumber sticks, olives, bread rolls and manoush. This was very filling and kept us full for most of the day. Room was very spacious with a loungeroom and TV, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, bottled water replenished daily, a fridge and coffee machine in the room. Rola was very friendly and happy to attend promptly to anything we needed and asked for. I would recommend this property however the only thing I was disappointed with was the falling bits of sandstone from the ceiling. They need to fix this problem."

"The property is nice with an access to the beach.The apartment is goods but there is some details which can make it better. The problem with this property is the managing company. They are unprofessional for the job they are doing what makes this reservation disappointing. Never again"
