"I’m disabled and they upgraded me to a ground floor room, very clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, I can’t get in or out of a bath! But the beds are just too low, I had to drag a chair over to the bed to slide on and off the bed but that’s just me… Checked in around 6pm and slept right through, ..."
