"Cozy room great breakfast "

"Uns wurde am Tag der Ankunft abgesagt. Ich habe einen Monat vorher gebucht und eine Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Aber bis zur Anreise keine Nachricht vom Vermieter. Da dachte ich noch, gut kann man dort bestimmt klingeln, aber Pustekuchen. Nachdem ich bei der Fewo Direkt Hotline angerufen habe, weil der Vermieter nicht auf Nachrichten reagiert hat, wurde eine Stunde später die Reservierung storniert mit der Begründung das die Altersgrenze nicht erreicht wäre. Angegeben war 21 und ich bin 23...
