I attempted to cancel the reservation through Hotels.com, but they said I had to do it at the hotel, which cost me additional time. The hotel said they wouldn't charge me. Still waiting to see if they tried."

"Rude customer service. Tv was messed up and called front desk, he said to watch the 2 channels or nothing. Channels were partial porn and QVC. He refused th o come check it out or replace tv. Room wasn't great, partial clean, noisy, bed hard. Sheets keep coming off bed cause bottom sheet was a flat sheet. Won't stay there again."

"We were in Tifton for a while and this home was an absolute gem to stay in! The host is very responsive, and takes pride in maintaining their property, stopping by once a week to take care of the pool and yard, even when it was freezing out. We would love to stay again if we're in the area!"
