"O preço da diária parece bem superior às instalações. O quarto tinha pouca iluminação, a TV tinha poucos canais, a limpeza não foi boa, a cama não tinha pillow top. O ponto mais forte foi o café, contudo, na quinta-feira, já não estavam repondo os melhores produtas às 9h."

"The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back. "

"Nice, historic hotel by the Botanical Gardens. Only complaint is that it would be nice to have some more vegetables available with meals. Lots of fish options but hard to get a simple fresh salad that doesn’t have lettuce. Big rooms, nice staff lovely outdoor dining "

"The floor plan and distribution is great. But needs a remodeling for sure. A lot of old furniture, sheets, towels are worn out. However, staff was outstanding and restaurant food was very good"
