"As much as possible, stay away from rooms fronting Calle Rodriguez Arias as youth gangs congregate there starting at 11pm and staying till 6am. They get so loud with all their shouting and loud talking that it will ruin your sleep. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."

"Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable bed and good tea/coffee-making equipment. The bathroom had plenty of space for 2 people. Loved the toiletries provided with product type clearly labelled. Also pleased to see that they didn’t change our towels because we hung them up (too many other hotels ignore their own requests).
