"It was great, the hotel & the staff are very good 👍, the location and the view are fantastic, Only one issue, when booking directly from the hotel, it’s 50% cheaper the hotels.com & I found this in 2 hotels, for this reason I won’t use your service anymore, this so shameful and disgusting."

"First balcone slide door not closed well we ask to repair they said don’t worry 10 minutes and after one hour someone come but it doesn’t work and while we are waiting we notice that room door could be open from outside from anyone whithout key and after we complain they agreed to give us another ..."

"Zafer is very friendly and made it easy for us to get into the apartment. The space is basic but clean. The value for money is excellent. The Internet connection is a little slow at times, but not a problem for everyday needs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown."
