You can always expect a certain standard with Toyoko Inn. This hotel did not miss the mark. Breakfast was however limited with mainly onigiri, soup, and buns.

It's a no frills hotel that comes with free breakfast. There's only 1 lift for the building and we met some not so savoury hotels guests that were not gracious although this is not no faults of the hotel. The surrounding is relatively well equipped.
