"Great one night stay during our road trip in France. Apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable (even sofa). There is a kitchen area (that we did not use but it looks well equipped). Fast WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, large parking. Location is Somewhat in outskirt of the city but it helps to avoid traffic. "

"A lovely quiet setting and very friendly and efficient staff. We arrived after a 7 hour drive and we're pleased with the ambience and efficiency at the hotel. The rooms are large with lovely bathroom including a standalone shower and a bath! The bar terrace was very relaxing and the restaurant was light and airy with a terrace for the hotter evenings. The food was delicious and presented very well, breakfast was 18€per person but there was everything you could want from hot dishes to pancakes an excellent way to start the day. We did not use any spa facilities but they did look good. If you need a quiet spot when visiting Nantes this is perfect and only 10 minutes away from the large shopping centre Atlantis. "

"The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! Upon checking in, I asked the reception desk woman if the breakfast was included; she checked our reservation and confirmed breakfast was indeed included. Dropped off the bags and came later in the evening to check in. Again; we asked the night manager if the breakfast was included? The gentleman checked the reservation and confirmed it was… after a 2 night stay checkout; we were charged €76.00 for breakfast. Upon questioning… they refused! This was clearly fraud by the front desk… I’m ok with paying for breakfast… but don’t lie and confirm upon checking in breakfast was included. It’s deceptive and bad business by BEST WESTERN! I have stayed in many of them throughout Europe and particularly enjoyed the one in Avila, Spain. This one in Nantes is a good facility; but the staff is dishonest! "

"It was very convenient to check in. The property I located quite remote, so a car is necessary. For us it was convenient, because there was always parking and the place itself was good and quite spacious. "
