"The hotel is great but there is an issue with the Hotels.com portal and the booking system of this hotel. I have been using it for few month already and regardless which room you choose they always receive the booking as if you are booking a twin room rather than the one that you booked. In some cases they can accommodate but other times they cannot and you end up having to stay in a different room to the one you booked. Someone should look into it and amend it so they are both in line."

"It's about 9 years since we last stayed at this hotel and I am glad we made a return. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The air con was not working in the building and a fan was provided for the room. The hotel was quite and there was plewnty of parking. Plenty of breakfast options and an amazing shower in the bathroom. Food was also delicious. There were some downsides. We felt the evening menu was a little limited in the restaurant, the quality of food was superb though and the serving staff brought everything with a smile. I couldn't pick anyone person as sthey all srood out. The car park has pot holes, etc. Which is a real shame and it would be good to get the pot holes filled in. There was no hook in the bathroom, one of the clasps on the windows was damaged and the air con was not working (as previously mentioned) thankfully it was not too hot. The room was lovely, although it was disappointing that with 2 of us in the room there was only 1 chair. There was sufficient room for a second chair and possibly even a table. Wardrobe was good although very few hangers in it, also the shelves in it would have been better on the wall under the TV. The safe was an excellent idea for storing valuable and proved useful. the room was a good sizr."

"My stay at Stourport Manor, although a short one, was very comfortable. Hotel facilities were exceptional. Unfortunately, due oversnoozing I didn’t get to sample their cuisine, except their full English in the mornings. It did feel they were maybe short of staff. The staff that I did interact with were very polite and helpful. Overall, no complaints whatsoever, would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone."
