"The location is great the the hotel is cute. We stayed in the jetted tub suite. The suite itself was very nice. The kitchen was decently stocked with most of what you'd need to cook stovetop meals. It would have been nice to have a second frying pan, and maybe a salad spinner, but overall no complaints. The view is terrific of the ocean, and the area as I said before is excellent. The bedroom with the tub was very nice and the tub was great. There were a few defects in the suite. 1. Chromecast on living room TV didn't work 2. A single power outlet in the bedroom was broken 3. Livingroom fireplace didn't work, but the bedroom one did. 4. Livingroom lamp didn't light Now for the worse part. THE TRAINS! The hotel is about 100 feet from the train tracks that run along the waterline. The trains run all day and all night every couple of hours. They can take as long as 5 minutes to go by and everytime one comes the gate alarm for the train goes off (it's very loud) and the noise of the trains is also very loud. If you are a light sleeper this will cause you grief. If it wasn't for the trains I'd give it a 4.5/5 as staff is nice, room was great despite minor problems, and location is too die for. Also keep in mind we the taxes included parking is almost $30 a day. Something to factor into the budget. Would we stay there again? Maybe.. the only thing that would give me hesitation would be the trains. "

"Friendly staff during check in, especially breakfast staff. Food choices were different every morning. Clean room. Hot tub was relaxing."

"Heater was broken in room. 80 degrees Fahrenheit the entire time. Room was on the ground floor with no way to lock the window. They had a piece of aluminum on the track attempting to hold the windo closed but it could be easily opened anyways. Lots of damage do walls and trim. Shower would go from a normal temp to scalding hot in an instant. I was burned twice. They never cleaned the room once while I stayed there. Ants infesting the room. They charged $140 a night when this place is only worth $40 a night for crack heads."

"I have stayed in a Ramada / Wyndham hotels over the years. This one definitely does not meet the standards of Ramada / Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the advertised pictures. Did not get the King room we booked as no water in the king rooms. only one entrance into building was told to go up stairs and we would find our room. did not tell us we had to go out fire door walk deck, in fire door then find room. the entrance /exit door by our room had all the key control wiring cut out so it was unusable. always had to walk the whole building to get to room. Rooms & whole hotel were very dated and nothing looks repaired or upgraded in a very long time. The hotel just has a junky look and feel to it. next time I will defiantly look for a different hotel to stay at. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE"

"Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice room with good beds. There was a hair in the bathrub but looked otherwise clean. We used the pool as well. The pool was nice and clean. "
