"The new building looks great but it’s lots of plastic and polyester, cheap. The worst feature was the parking garage which is not part of the hotel, so you can’t simply quickly collect your car. You need to text, give your complete information- name, room, email, address, 2 verifications before you get the car, which arrived with the hood opened. tab -$50."

"The 2 Vehicle Charging cables were broken and did not work for Tesla using the adapter, they said the pool was closed in 85° weather they said that it was seasonal I can understand if we’re in New York. I did not know of the pool closure and also being only seasonal cause I had young kids weren’t to enjoy the pool. I was on the rooftop. "nice design, clean and friendly staff. Lacking: info on the fact that the entrance is facing the SIDE of the building (not street side) & the front desk is on the 5th floor. during our stay, there was only one of two elevators working, so there was quite a way to get up to the lobby and down from the lobby. The only other amenity issue I would like to share is that the bathroom door is a sliding door, without much privacy or even sealing in the steam from the shower and the sound of a flush or whats goin in the bowl TO BE flushed. Otherwise, everything else was fine"
