"Amazing hotel and excellent location. Felt very safe as a female traveller, and the rooms are exceptionally well maintained. Room service guys were great and they even have a complimentary refill in your mini bar soft drinks daily. Chocolate hour was a little underwhelming, as very basic compared to other Movenpick hotels I gave stayed. Breakfast again was good, but have had better at other 5 star hotels. Overall all staff were very helpful and approachable and went that extra step to help! Oh and the view from the swimming pool...exceptional to see Faisal Masjid in the background, wasn't expecting that! The gym is great state of the art equipment and ladies salon was great too! Shout out to Ruksana Senior Hair Artist, who was truly amazing with my hair transformation 😍 Overall a great stay and I have booked again!"

"V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week"

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."
