"Always a pleasant stay in the villas, our second stay here. Large bathroom with spa jets and bathrobes. We celebrated my wifes birthday and a beautiful peice of chocolate cake met us on arrival. Beautiful grounds and kangaroos. Super comfortable bed and large spacious rooms. Ample parking right outside."

"We had the 3 bedrooms family apartment and loved it. We have stayed here before. There is a lovely deck to sit out on in the mornings and have breakfast. The kids love the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The location is great because you can walk to the Hunter Valley Gardens in about 20 minutes or drive in 5 minutes. Stayed there for the Easter long weekend so there was more than an hour delay for check-in but we were given a drinks voucher. Will definitely stay here again. The apartments have everything you need to prepare meals."

The hotel was quiet, clean, and tidy, making it a comfortable place to relax. It’s also in a fantastic location with McDonald’s, supermarkets, and other shops all within walking distance. "Overall, the stay was fine, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet was disappointing. It would have been much more comfortable if the washroom hadn’t been stinking when we checked in. Additionally, we found hairs on the kids’ bed sheet, and there was a noticeable amount of dust under the coat. My first stay at this hotel was a good experience, which is why I chose to return but unfortunately, this time didn’t meet the same standard."
