Our award winning serviced apartment are ideally situated for both city centre living and commuting to all of Aberdeen’s Business Parks.
Located in the popular Ferryhill area of Aberdeen our award winning serviced apartments are less than 10 minutes walk from Aberdeen Train and Bus Station, Aberdeen city centre, the very popular Union Square Retail Centre, Aberdeen City Centre. The Duthie Park and the River Dee are also within 10-15 minutes walk from our apartments. Aberdeen Beach Boulevard is also only a 10 minute drive.
All of our apartments come with complimentary WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix etc, complimentary reserved parking, lift access, living room, bath/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.
We can also provide a travel cot and high chair for young children if required.

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment. All appliances available, close to town and surrounding area. Ideal stay for Aberdeen sports village. Thank you
The unit was a ten minute walk from the train station and all the buses were also minutes away. We only cooked porridge and made coffee but the kitchen was fine. Great beds and shower. We enjoyed our visit very much
Perfect in everyway. Great location for a base, for transport link, shops etc. Very clean and exactly as described.
The owners were fantastic with their communication.
The accommodation had everything we needed for the perfect self catering and we would definitely be back, and would recommend.

We stayed in Aberdeen for four nights. It was our first stay in Aberdeen. The flat was nicely situated close to the city center and the train station. The flat was realy clean and very roomy. It had all the appliances we needed.
The only downside was that we didn't meet anybody at the beginning to show us around the flat. We were 'greeted' by a keybox.
But overall it was a realy nice stay.
Stayed for 5 night in the flat . Spot on for cleanliness , less then 10 mins walk to the train , shopping centre and pubs . Good view of the station, and across to the boats in the harbour . Book it 😬
